Alltersteel, part of Corronation, aims to develop and produce products that enhance our customers’ production and engineering processes and/or contribute to their sustainability. The main focus is the sustainable reuse of plastic waste. To further reduce our
environmental footprint, we work to establish regional development and production partnerships and promote regional chain cooperation.
Alltersteel, part of Corronation, has made circular thinking its core business, with recycling as the primary focus. Alltersteel converts 100% plastic waste into high-quality semi-finished products that allow our customers to develop and manufacture products up to 12% stronger than steel. In this case, the term ‘green steel’ applies to the processing of scrap aramid into granules and powder, making it suitable for use in industrial processes once more. We see this as a very important field of activity. For example, thanks to aramid’s wear resistant properties, adding Alltersteel’s semi-finished products when manufacturing gears and bearings removes the need for lubrication. This is good for the environment, as less lubricant means less pollution. Less wear means less microplastics pollution. Also, less weight means less energy to move it around.
